For such a touchy dance-pop turnout, Sqeezer had an circumstantially tragic background knowledge. Jim Reeves, a German producer and occasional rapper, had formed Sqeezer in the mid-'90s as an outlet for both his slick, harmony-fueled populist house and the predominant belief in songs as vehicles for female vocalists. Initially, the stria was styled around Yvonne Spath, as heard on 1995's debut "Scandy Randy" (sample lyric: "Scandy Randy/I'm gonna prognosticate you for my handy Randy"), and by and by for longtime renewal Lori Stern. However, in 1997, after a number of hit records, only a few months afterwards pickings over from the band's original stage-dancer, young member Marc Thevan was plant in a belittled wood after a successful self-annihilation effort. Disturbingly, the remaining members and the band's management were besides later allegedly goddam in Thevan's last note. Nevertheless, the stria continued on and continued with few explicit changes. The round-eyed lyrics and doo-wop summertime luxuria remained in subsequent singles and 1998's sophomore LP Streetlife, and when the stria re-emerged after a two-year absence, they had suit a triad once more, having added Heidi Goldstein to the band's lineup.
